Our Story
In 2005 we were hired to build an amazing four story home in Wellesley Massachusetts made of ICF, something we knew nothing about. With the help of some great trainers and a lot of hard work, we became experts at installing ICF. When we were done we were blown away at the quality and durability of the ICF home. “Why would anybody ever choose to build any other way?” we asked ourselves. We came back to Wisconsin offering ICF as an alternate way of building. Virtually every customer we explained the options to chose to build ICF.
As we poured countless basements, frost walls, full houses, swimming pools etc. it came to our attention every and any set back with each different ICF block that we used (all systems still being far superior to any other way of building). That is when we developed a new company, Crown ICF. A block made by installers for installers. Simple, easy to understand, easy to install and able to use all standard building materials found right at your local hard ware and lumber supply stores to complete a job. The simplest ordering system as well with only two types of block needed to complete virtually every project you will ever have. Crown ICF now offers assistance and experience by people who have actually installed ICF for more than a decade resulting in the most knowledgeable and most helpful customer service in the business. We will even suggest a different ICF system if it is what best fits your application. That’s where integrity meets innovation.
We have committed to donating a significant portion of every block sold to Compass Ministries, which we have partnered with to help build a women’s and children’s center in Honduras, build a school and orphanage in Haiti, send missionaries to South Africa as well as many other ventures around the world. Compass Ministries, with the help of Crown ICF provides food, shelter and safety to the needy while offering the hope of Jesus Christ to their communities. Our Crown ICF slogan is “Build your castle stronger, build His kingdom larger” derived from the verse Matthew 25:40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
